Individual analytically oriented psychotherapy In the last decade neuroscience has provided the first objective proof for what we as clinicians knew well from our practice - that analytically oriented psychotherapy is an effective mode of treatment that initiates changes in our brains that have long lasting positive effects on the way we function and organize ourselves as individuals and the way we relate to ourselves and others. Analytically oriented psychotherapy is a prolonged mode of psychotherapy that takes place from once to three times a week. Neuroscience is providing us proof that observable changes in the brain can be monitored after two years of a twice a week analytic psychotherapy. This mode of psychotherapy is intended for those individuals who are highly motivated to initiate some changes in their personal lives and interpersonal relationships.
