Cognitive behavioral therapy

CBT has been proven to be an effective mode of treatment for anxiety and panic disorders as well as depression. CBT teaches clients to recognize and change their cognitive and behavioral patterns that underlie their symptoms and enables them to have a symptom-free life. In 10 - 12 sessions most clients learn how to cope effectively without the unpleasant symptoms and are able to achieve a satisfying degree of psychological well being.
